How long does processing, handling and shipping take?

All orders take 1-3 business days to process. all orders are PRE ORDERED orders will take 3-5 business days to ship to me and you will receive a tracking number once order has been shipped out in 2 business days. Business days do NOT include weekends or holidays.

 

Do we offer refunds? 

All sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges. Once packages are dropped off at post office, we no longer have control over your package so please contact the shipping carrier for any further details once you have received your tracking number.

 

Can I make changes to my order? 

Orders cannot be altered once payment has been completed.

Q: How many bundles for a full install? 

A: For lengths under 18 inches I recommend 2-3 bundles for a full look. For lengths over 20 inches I recommend 3-5 bundles for a full look.

 

Q: Can hair be bleached/colored?

A: Yes, you can color your hair extensions. Our hair takes bleach very well as it is 100% virgin human hair, but I do recommend going to a professional colorist for the desired look you want.

 

Q: How long will bundles last? 

A: Our virgin hair can last up to 3-4 years with proper care. Please keep in mind it is very important to treat your extensions as if it were your real hair.
